Meet WHIM. She's a stylish but fuss-free 36' 1980 Gibson houseboat (432 sq ft) that has been featured in both Refinery 29 and California Magazine for her light & airy interior redesign.
Customized from the hull up in 2016, WHIM is a rare, live-aboard home on the water within a very short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, the SF ferry, and more. While moored in the sunny banana belt of Sausalito, you'll enjoy the full spectrum of micro-climates, from Bay sunshine fog rolling over the headlands.

The space

Your pied-a-terre on la Mer! Easy access and an excellent location close to everywhere. Go car-free to explore the nearby areas on foot, bike, ferry, bus or Uber--from San Francisco to Stinson Beach. 30-day stays are required by Sausalito laws, and consecutive but separately-booked additional stays are allowed (to abide by California tenancy law). Personal friends and family can message us for shorter stays.
